Having Integrity is having the strength and courage to do what's right and humbly walking a talk that is in harmony with a deep set of transparent values and beliefs.
Transparency
Tell the truth in a way people can verify; real, open and without hidden agendas.
Capable and Competent
Trustworthy people are Capable and Competent. The value of Capable and Competent means that one has the talent, attitude, skill set, and knowledge to live out those values and beliefs.
Results
Results make a difference. Results matters to not only what those results are, but how they are being obtained in relationship to one's values and beliefs.
