The 4P Path Initiative programs are designed to engage the participant(s) in discovery, better implementation, and further development of his/her strengths, attitudes, skills, and knowledge base (T.A.S.K.s).
Most of us don't really have a good grip on our calling nor "how we're truly wired." While we should always be paying attention to our path in life, too often we find ourselves on a path we had not planned. The more we prepare ourselves, the better results we'll have on the path life takes us down.
These programs are designed to assess, strengthen and propel you into a rhythm that facilitates better results on life's path.
Using the 4P Path Initiate, we'll...
....access who we are internally (how we see ourselves), externally (perceived by others), and how we work in a team atmosphere (or not).
....determine how we work with what "we attract" versus what we're "attracted to."
....learn how to best work around our weakness and develop our strengths.
....learn how to develop and utilize behaviors that drive our agendas and properly establishe our credibility with others.
